Dining
At the heart of the main house a marble semi-circle bar separates several cozy conversation areas including the formal dining room and comfortable lounge areas for social gathering. The exquisite and fully equipped gourmet kitchen is complete with such delights as a professional pizza oven, and ice cream maker.

Villa del Oso´s friendly staff:
Villa Manager
Luisa Viteri will visit each day during your stay, except on Sundays. At this time she can arrange shopping services, restaurant reservations, activities, taxis, massage appointments, etc. In case of emergency, she can be reached at her cellular phone.
Housekeeping Service
Doña Emilia, Nelly and Susy are available from 8am-2pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12noon on Saturday. They will clean each room and provide linen service.
Cooking facilities in High Season or under request during Low Season
The House Cook is available from 7am-2pm Monday to Friday and 7am-12noon on Saturday to prepare a simple breakfast or snacks for lunch. (Please refer to menu options in the section titled, “Meals at Villa del Oso.” Also, for groups of more than 5 people, please organize group meals and select one or two choices from the menus.)
Chef
Luciano is a free lance chef who enjoys cooking and surfing, he has a catering service business and works at different homes around Sayulita.
Waiter
Eduardo will serve you at the table & prepare drinks
House maintenance
Eduardo also takes care of the pool and general maintenance of the Villa. If you need any assistance with appliances or electronic items in the house, please speak with him.
Night watchman
Don Ernesto will be in charge of the security of the Villa at night, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Gardener
Alfredo is in charge of taking care of our beautiful garden and flower arrangements around the Villa.
