Treat yourself, your friends and your family to a unique experience when Thierry Blouet, award-winning international chef and restaurateur, brings his expertise and the elegance of Café des Artistes to your villa. Partake in preparing a meal using the finest ingredients, from foie gras to truffles. This customized, hands-on cooking class is designed to tempt the palate, showcase the chef’s passion for his craft, and increase your knowledge of cuisine from around the world.
At 3 pm, Thierry will present the menu, which may be pre-planned according to your desires and dietary needs. Each delectable dish and its myriad ingredients will be explained and drawn on a board, and the recipes will be distributed to the group, which is divided into working teams.
From approximately 3:30 to 6 pm, work creatively with Thierry and your teammates to prepare your dinner. Learn new culinary techniques and polish your skills while anticipating the feast to come and partaking of aperitivos served by Café des Artistes’ maitre d’hôtel.
At about 6 pm, unwind with an oenophile event that includes champagne, a white wine and two red wines, along with a discussion of each wine and methods for appreciating a wine-tasting session.
Then at 7 pm, the maitre d’hôtel and two trained waiters from the restaurant will present your meal using the exquisite dinner service and settings of Café des Artistes. And while you’re lingering comfortably over coffee, the restaurant staff will take care of all the details and leave your kitchen sparkling!
